Entirely hand knitted in the round from British wool, then heavily brushed and fulled (felted) to create an accurate, dense warm finish, this style of hat is suitable for all Tudor datelines. Smooth centred or with a 'stalk' as you prefer.

I have a range of undyed shades available for this, from natural 'white' (may show slight grey flecks, please say if you intend to dye the bonnet and I'll select the whitest wool I have), pale grey, several mid browns and a deep almost 'black' brown. Overdyed black, red and blue are also very popular, and many other shades are available.

Typically one size fits all, Tudor caps should be worn slightly above your usual hatband location. If you require a smaller or larger hat, I can do that at no extra charge. 
 
Made to order. The way our order book is currently working, we open the shop approximately once a month for new commissions and shut it again once we have as many orders as we think we can realistically make over the next 8 weeks or so. Please be aware that your order may fall anywhere into that timescale. We'll always aim to be as prompt as we can.
