Large round flat bonnet worn by women over a coif in the 16thc. Single thickness. Finished size approximatley 14 inches across, in an undyed sheep white pure wool, heaviy fulled, teaseled, nap raised and shorn for a velvety finish. One size fits most, you will be wearing this over a coif and may wish to pin the cap onto this for a stable fit at your chosen angle.  If you prefer the square cornered variation seen in some Holbein sketches, that comes into this same design bracket, just let me know when ordering and I'll shape and resize accordingly.

Other shades or sizes available on request. Made to order. The way our order book is currently working, we open the shop approximately once a quarter for new commissions and shut it again once we have as many orders as we think we can realistically make over the next three months or so. Please be aware that your order may fall anywhere into that timescale. We'll always aim to be as prompt as we can.
