Historic Perfumes, Cosmetics and Soap
In every historic period, mankind has adorned itself with colours and scents. Sally
Pointer has spent years researching exactly what was used and attempting to
plausibly reconstruct the preparations used by our ancestors in the quest for
beauty.

NEW
I've recently been experimenting with
Roman inspired hairstyles. These
are my most recent 'victims'. Only
the blond lady has really long hair,
the other two are almost entirely
composed of fake hair worked into
hairpieces and pinned over their own
tied back hair.

I'm planning on doing a page on
different Roman styles at some
point- watch this space.
